Do to the nature of our business, we cannot keep exact hours. All or picks, ordering and sessions are by appointment only. Thanks for your cooperation!

STUDIO POLICIES

We strive to create beautiful portraits and a great experience for you and your family and you are as much a part of that as we are. There are a few policies that we ask you to observe in order to make your experience the best that it can be.

Reservation Fee:

When scheduling your appointment we ask that you place a reservation(session) fee.  If you need to reschedule, the reservation fee will be transferred to your new session. If you cancel your appointment we will retain the reservation fee.

Late Policy:

Since we want to give each client our full attention as well as their full amount of time, we ask that you please be punctual. If you will be more than 5 minutes late to your session, we will need to reschedule your appointment or you can just use the remainder of your appointment time. We however, cannot usually add more time to your session at the end.

Children’s Sessions:

Sessions with children typically require a bit more planning on your part. If possible please try to schedule around nap times and meals. A full belly and plenty of rest will make a big difference during your child’s session and make for more pleasant experience resulting in better portraits.Also if your child is feeling under the weather, even just a little, we feel it is best to reschedule your appointment. Children that aren’t quite feeling themselves typically look that way in their portraits.We want your children’s portraits to be a true reflection of their spirit and personality and when they are at their best, it shows!
