PAYMENTS

 

 

Session Fees

In order to schedule an appointment and have it placed on our calendar we require 1/2 payment of your session fee at the time of scheduling. We will accept a credit card over the phone or you have 7 days to  mail in a check. If we do not receive your payment within the 7 days we will cancel your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. If remainder of session is not paid on the session date, we will not start processing the proofs until payment is made.

Deposits

In order to check your proofs out of the studio for viewing, you must place a $150 deposit to check them out for 1 week or a $200 deposit to check the proofs out for 2 weeks. This deposit will go towards your order.

Final Order

Once you have placed your order with Obscura, we take your order total and subtract your deposit. We require half of the balance that remains to start your order and the final balance is due when picking up your photos. No part of  any order can leave the studio until the entire balance is paid in full. If you would like your balance to be broken up into more payments , please ask us about different payment options.
